Meet Melanie Pace

Utah native Melanie Pace joined Rocky Mountain Hearing & Balance as Office Manager in 2008. She has been instrumental in shaping an unmatched quality of patient care. Melanie delights our patients on many levels with her personal quest to make everyone feel comfortable and valued. Her responsibilities to the clinic include managing all areas of patient care from scheduling to check-in/check-out to referral management for follow-up care and treatment. Other tasks include bookkeeping, inventory management, and insurance coordination/billing. Melanie has become a helpful and efficient resource to our medical partners, internal staff, and patients alike. Outside of work she enjoys gardening, baking but mostly spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren!
